Begin with time alone. Even if you have kids and a family. Schedule time alone.

Express yourself artistically.

Move your body.

Meditate.

Go out of your way to read inspirational quotes.

Surround yourself with people who elevate you.

Eat well.

Drink lots of water.

Rest.

Go outside.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Work with kids.

Look at the sunrise.

Immerse yourself in beautiful music.

Do what you need to do to feel peace.
